Our practice offers an interactive Patient Portal called MyChart. This enables our patients to communicate with our doctors, nurses, and staff members easily, safely, and securely.


Participating patients are given secure User IDs and passwords, enabling them to access MyChart to view their personal and private accounts. Some of the features of MyChart include:


  • Access to your personal health record (PHR) and office visit summaries
  • Immunization records
  • In-office lab and diagnostic test results
  • View past and upcoming appointments
  • Ask your provider non-urgent questions that can wait a day or two to get answers
  • Send non-urgent messages to the office


For all appointments and urgent medical questions, you must call our office at 303-659-4248.


If you need a prescription refill, please request the refill directly from the pharmacist. For controlled medications like those for ADHD, you still need to call the office.
